I confirm that I meet the entry requirements as set out above.
I understand that the Miss Universe Zimbabwe Organisation will be responsible for my accommodation and meals. I understand that any other expenses such as ironing, laundry, dry cleaning, telephone calls, postcards, stamps, drinks and all other personal expenses are my responsibility and must be paid for by myself upon receipt of the invoice.
I understand for my own safety that I will be chaperoned. I agree that I must not accept any invitation from anyone who is not part of the Miss Universe Zimbabwe Organization, may it be it for dancing or going out etc. I also agree never to give out my personal phone number or e-mail address. I also agree never to leave the group of organizers or contestants.
I will always behave with dignity and be polite to everyone.
I accept that the judging will take place during the Final Competition and knowing the impartiality of the judges, I accept the result. I agree not to protest against the final result and will not make any comment about it or offer my personal opinions to the press or any other person in the host country.
I authorize the unfettered use of my photographs, name and film footage for any use on television, the internet and also for any promotional use in and for Miss Universe Zimbabwe Organisation not limited for any time
I confirm that I will not be involved in ambiguous photographs or events. I will not be involved with any photographs or materials that could compromise my position.
I am aware that MUZO can cancel, postpone or shift forward the contest if necessary.
If I am elected the winner, during my year of reign, I will abide by the rules and conditions set out in this contract. I also agree to stay on, if requested, after my crowning for further days if I am required to assist at receptions or promotional work. I will be informed when I am in the host country if I will need to stay extra days.
If I am elected as the winner, I agree that I will not sign any agreement, contract, pictures or declaration without the prior written agreement of the Miss Universe Zimbabwe Organization. I also agree to inform the MUZO of proposals of travel well in advance so they can make arrangements for me.
If I am elected as the winner, I agree not to compete in any other international contest for one year, the year beginning the day of my election.
If I am elected as the winner, I agree to sign a contract with the MUZO for a minimum one-year period starting from the day of my election. It is up to MUZO if they like to extend my contract for another year in case I agree with the conditions.
If I’m elected as the winner, I agree to attend the Final Competition next year in order to crown the new winner. It is clear that the MUZO will arrange my flight and accommodation.
I am aware that the host organization and/or the MUZO is not responsible for any loss of any of my values, such as jewellery and/or mobile phones, iPads or purses etc. during my stay in the host country and that I have to take care of those things myself e.g. use the safe box in my room or even hand over the value to the reception for a receipt.
